Declaration of Inception:

This document hereby ratifies the existence of (1) Super League. The founding members shall vote and agree to any and all proposed rules and regulations. Members will all have an independent voice similar to the NFL/Ownership structure. There will be no single commissioner as this league's rules, regulations, punishments, etc. will ALWAYS be decided by a six-man vote.

There will be a MANDATORY $100 buy-in. Failure to buy in will result in excommunication from the league. The buy-in fee of $100 shall be delivered to the money holder (Andrew Bays*) no later than the league's specified draft date (draft date to be determined*). Preferred methods of payment are Venmo or Cash. By signing on the required blank fields of this document, you are consenting and giving your unwavering support to the existence of and commitment to the Super League. Signatures are final, and declaration cannot be amended unless brought to a table vote.

*Money holder can be changed if members do not feel confident in Andrew Bays as money holder. Will be voted upon if so.

Rules and Regulations:

Section 1a:

Section 2a:

The starting roster format will be as follows:

• QB
• RB
• WR1
• WR2
• TE
• FLEX
• D/ST
• K

Section 2b:

The bench will be structured as follows:

• No bench
• Minimal bench (3-5 plavers)
• Large bench (6+ players)

Section 2c:

Transaction limits/waiver wire:

• Unlimited transactions throughout the season
• Hard cap on transactions

Section 3a:

The draft will be conducted in a traditional snake-style

Section 3b:

A Beer Olympics will determine the draft order. Members must complete the beer Olympics while being timed by a fellow league member. A third member will observe the timer to ensure that there is no cheating or time manipulation. The Beer Olympics will consist of:

• Stage one: Chug a beer (1)
• Stage two: Bounce (1) quarter into shot glass
• Stage three: Mini beer pong (3 cups)
• Stage four: Flip cup (1 single cup)
• Stage five: Final chug (1 beer)

The owner with the fastest time will receive the first overall pick in the draft. Order will be decided then in descending order of times until all (6) draft spots are picked.

Section 4:

Playoffs will be structured as follows:

• Every team will make the playoffs (securing a 1 or 2 seed being the main goal of the season)
• Two teams with the best records will receive bye weeks (1 and 2 seed)
• The other four teams will play the opening round of the playoffs (week 14)
• Two winners advance to play teams coming off a first-round bye (week 15)
• Winners from week 15 will compete in the championship (week 16)

Section 5:

Champion is a winner-take-all scenario. There is no 2nd place. 1st place will receive $800. No more, no less. There are no perks to receiving 1st place other than the money. There will be no advantage going into a potential 2nd league year for the winner.

This is a SUPER LEAGUE. Treat it as such. No bitching and moaning. No whining. Trash talk is required.

Funds will be held by a trusted party and must be received before or on draft day.

By signing below, you are acknowledging that you have read the entirety of these guidelines and have agreed upon the rules, regulations, and (potential) amendments.
